$100,000 grant – would your research benefit from the creation of a set of novel antibodies?

Everest Biotech have manufactured over 2000 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibodies against novel targets for our own catalogue. Soon our production line could be working for your lab – if you could use between 20 and 100 novel antibodies to advance your research. Making 100 equivalent antibodies could easily cost your lab $100,000.

The process:

1. Make a list of between 5 and 50 target proteins for which: there is a need for new antibodies + your lab would have the ability to characterize them. Fill in our short application form and send to support@everestbiotech.com before 31st July 2010. The grant is open to any life science research lab, worldwide.

2. Our internal scientific panel (currently 4 bioscience Phds and one Professor) will judge entries based on the potential impact of the new antibodies on the field of research. The panel may contact leading candidates for further details not included in the application. We may divide the grant between up to 5 recipients.

3. Once awarded our team will work with you to pick 2 peptide antigens for each target protein and then we will synthesise it and immunise goats.

4. You will receive 2mg* of antigen affinity purified goat polyclonal antibody against each peptide at no cost . We will commercialize the rest of the batch.
