e.g. TEST KIT/ASSAY MANUFACTURER - we share production cost and testing. You get the antibodies you need for your assays, we sell any excess antibody into the research market.

e.g. PROTEIN/PEPTIDE MANUFACTURER - you supply the antigens, we make the antibodies.  Your customers likely need antibody as well as antigen.

e.g. SMALL/NICHE ANTIBODY MANUFACTURER - Production costs shared, profits shared.  We can manage OEM channels.
