Purification and Storage

Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

Applications Tested

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
Western blot: Approx 43kDa band observed in Human Tonsil and Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 43.1kDa according to NP_004506.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1µg/ml. This antibody has been successfully used in WB in the following papers: Ye J et al, RNA. 2017 Aug;23(8):1270-1284. PMID: 28487382. And Shamanna RA et al, Oncogene. 2013 Oct 24;32(43):5176-85 PMID: 23208500.
