Usage Summary
Please note that a band of approximately 45kDa is also observed in addition to the expected band at around 60kDa. We do not have a clear explanation for the former band but Chandrasekharan et al., [Mol. Cell. Biol., Jul 2002; 22: 5235 - 5247] detect a band of approximately 45-50kDa in murine skeletal muscle tissue lysate using polyclonal murine anti-Frk antibody in addition to the expected band.
