Please note that we observe approx 75kDa and 45kDa bands, different to the predicted band of 63kDa. Li et al., (J. Immunol., May 2000; 164: 5199 - 5206) observe approx. 75kDa band. Moreover, using rabbit polyclonal antisera, Takaki et al., (J. Biol. Chem, Jun 1997; 272: 14562 - 14570) observe Lnk migrating approximately at 45kDa. We believe our antibody is recognising both these forms.
