Western Blot
Western Blot: Approx. 35-40kDa and 65-70kDa bands observed in Human -Kidney, -Testis, -Brain and Raji cell lysates at 0.5ug/ml of Primary antibody. Please note that the bands we observe differ from the expected bands at 98kDa and 104kDa according to NP_065201and NP_722523. We do not currently have any explanation for this. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies? Have any splice variants/modified forms been reported?
