Western Blot Approx. 25-30kDa band observed in human brain and human testis lysates at 0.5ug of primary. Please note that the band we observe is different from the predicted size of approx. 74kDa and 52kDa according to AF262024 and NP_071763, respectively. Currently we cannot find an explanation for this in the literature. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
