Approx. 45kDa and 55-60kDa bands observed in 293 lysate at 0.5ug of primary. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the additional band we observe at 55-60kDa. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any splice variants/modified forms been reported?
