Western Blot Preliminary experiments (at 1ug/ml) gave a pair of bands between approx 28-32kDa band in Human Kidney lysates. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted sizes of approx. 45 and 39kDa according to NP_057060; NP_689424. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? | |
