Western Blot Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kDa band in Human Brain lysates after 0.3 µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that the glycosylated form of the related HRH4 runs at ~85kDa suggesting the observed 75kDa may be the glycosylated form of HRH3, given the calculated size of 48.7kDa according to NP_009163.1. The 75kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? | |
