Store at 4°C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge the product if the restored solution does not become clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one year after date of restoration. After restoration with deionized water as above, concentration will be 1mg/ml antibody, 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate.

This product was prepared from monospecific rabbit antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG and goat serum. No reaction was observed against mouse, rat or human serum proteins. It was conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase according to Farr & Nakane, J. Immunol. Methods 47; 129-144, 1981. Stabiliser: Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and protease-free. Preservative: Gentamicin Sulfate.
