Western Blot
Approx. 55kDa band observed in Human Duodenum lysates and in preliminary testing of Human Ovary lysate (calculated MW of 47.7kDa according to NP_004373.2). This molecular weight is observed by other commercial sources, and was blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. A band at 48kDa was also observed in preliminary testing of Rat Testes lysate. Recommended concentration: 2-3ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Application Type
Pep-ELISA, WB
