Western Blot This antibody has been described in a publication and it has been successfully used on Human islets and pancreatic insulinoma INS-1 and MIN6 cells . Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 39kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates after 0.5µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 65.1kDa according to NP_060244.2. The 39kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? | |
