Western Blot
Approx 60+40kDa bands observed in lysates of cell lines A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 64.9kDa according to NP_001660.2 and of 42.3 according to NP_033667.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
