Immunogen

Purified whole human IgG (Horseradish Peroxidase/ HRP conjugated).

Purification

Ammonium sulphate precipitation of serum followed by antigen affinity purification.

Buffer

Phosphate buffer saline, pH 7.2, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.01% Gentamicin sulphate as preservative. Quantity: 0.5ml.

Storage and Handling

Store at 4°C for short durations. Store at -20°C for longer periods (> 1 month). Minimize freeze thaw cycles.

Applications

Suitable for immunoblot (western or dotblot), ELISA, and other peroxidase-based immunoassays. Recommended dilutions:

ELISA: 1:50000 WB: 1:25000-1:50000. Please optimize dilutions for your particular assay conditions. Starting test dilution: 0.5µg/ml for ELISA and WB.
