Purification and Storage
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Applications Tested
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in preliminary testinjg of HepG2,cell lysate after 1ug/ml of antibody staining (calculated MW of 32.5kDa according to NP_002988.3). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
