Western Blot Preliminary experiments gave an approx 70kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex) lysates after 0.7µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe. The precursor of this glycoprotein has a calculated size of 91.9kDa according to NP_003803.1. The 70kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. | |
