Western Blot
Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in Mouse Brain and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 39.5kDa according to NP_115498.2 and 34.8kDa according to NP_898861.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
