Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.

Western Blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (predicted MW of 36kDa according to NP_060125). A strong band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kDa. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the 75kDa band. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any splice variants/modified forms been reported?
