Western Blot Preliminary experiments gave an approx 25kDa band in human kidney, brain and heart lysates at 1ug/ml, in brain and heart this was accompanied by a 40kDa band. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 19kDda according to NP_001537.1. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? | |
