Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.

Western Blot: Approx. 130-150kDa band observed in A431 and 293 lysates at 1ug of primary, this band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx 92KDa according to NP_060628. Current literature suggests RAT Kanadaptin to be approx. 53kDa (PMID: 9422766). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any splice variants/modified forms been reported?
