IHC Results
Paraffin embedded Human Colon, Adrenal Gland and Skin. Recommended concentration: 2.5µg/ml.
ELISA Detection Limit
Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
Western Blot
Approx 48-50kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 43.3kDa according to NP_003918.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Tan et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Oct;26(19):7224-35.; PMID: 16980624). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used in WB on Human: 33283408 and 20523938.
Application Type
Pep-ELISA, WB, IHC
