Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 72.0kDa according to NP_690869.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. An additional band was also consistently observed at 37kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide and likely represents the mature form.
