Western blot: Approx 65-75kDa band seen in Mouse Kidney extracts. Recommended for use at 0.5-2µg/ml. Overnight incubation is recommended with this antibody. Please note that, although the predicted Mw of this protein is 48kDa, Chen et al [J Biol Chem 1998 Dec 11;273(50):33524-32] observed that recombinant rat P-CIP1 (same length, 85% identity) ran at approx 66kDa.
