Western Blot Western blot: Approx 40kDa band seen in Human Lung lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml. Please note that we cannot find any reference indicating what size RGS5 runs on SDS PAGE; we also cannot find any obvious reason for it to run at 40kDa. Do you know of anyone who has made an antibody and found it running at the expected weight - it would be very useful for us to know for the purpose of further testing. |
