Usage Summary Please note that we also get a lower size band (approx. 75kDa) in addition to the expected band. We do not have explanation for this band so far. This could represent an isoform of STAT1 (AAH02704), which has a predicted MW of 78kDa. Moreover, splice prediction software (http://www.bioinformatics.ucla.edu/ASAP/) indicated existence of constitutive splice varients for STAT1. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field. Have any splice variants/modified forms been reported? | |
