Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
Western Blot
Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 61.3kDa according to NP_000449.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 100kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. This antibody was successfully used in WB on Mouse in the following paper: Arenas F et al. (2008) PMID: 18188457.
