Western Blot Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave three bands in Human Testis lysates at approx 100kDa, 55kDa and 28kDa using concentrations down to 0.2ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted sizes of approx. 63, 61, 59, 47kDda according to NP_037447; NP_954868; NP_954869; NP_954870. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? |
