This product was prepared from monospecific rabbit antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG and goat serum. It was conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatse according to a modified procedure from Avarameas and Ternyrock, Immunochemistry 32; 1175, 1971.
