Intended Use, limitations and warranty

Our products are intended FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY and are not approved for clinical diagnosis, drug use or therapeutic procedures. No product data are to be construed as a recommendation for use in violation of any patents. We make no representations, warranties or assurances as to the accuracy or completeness of information provided on our data sheets and website. Our warranty is limited to the actual price paid for the product. We are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, time or effort or economic loss caused by our products.

Return and Refund Policy

Packaging and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortages or defects should be given immediately by e-mail or fax. Your purchase is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if the product does not perform as described on the datasheet a replacement or full refund will be offered within 6 months of purchase (antibodies purchased in bulk order or for resale purposes are expressly excluded from this guarantee). If items are ordered incorrectly by the customer Everest Biotech will take them back, subject to a 20% restocking charge on the items plus any shipping, handling & packaging costs. Requests for returns must have prior authorisation and must be shipped back to Everest Biotech within 7 calendar days of receipt of the items. Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (i.e. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched.

Payment Terms

Invoices should be paid no later than 30 days after the invoice date, unless a specific agreement has been made with your institution. Full payment instructions are set out on the invoice. If you wish to pay by credit card, please use the shopping cart or include with your order: card type (we accept Visa, Mastercard only), card number and expiry date. Credit cards will only be billed on shipment. Your statement will show "EVERESTBIO" or "EVERESTBIOTECHLTD" .
