EB07663 1
EB07663 (2µg/ml) staining of Human Pancrease lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.
EB07663 2
EB07663 Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U2OS cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing mitochondria/cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml).
EB07663 3
EB07663 Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed MCF7 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
EB07663 4
EB07663 (5µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining. This data is from a previous batch, not on sale.

Applications Tested

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
Western blot: Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Pancrease lysates (calculated MW of 90.8kDa according to NP_065846.1). Recommended concentration: 2-3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Brain for this particular batch.

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the mitochondria/cytoplasm of U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of MCF7 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.

Species Reactivity

Tested: Human
Expected from sequence similarity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog
