Purification and Storage

Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

Applications Tested

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
IHC: Paraffin embedded Mouse Brain. Recommended concentration: 4µg/ml. This product was also successfully used on sections of mouse cochlea as descibed in Shin et al, J Neurosci. 2010 Jul 21;30(29):9683-94; PMID: 20660251.

Immunocytochemistry: This antibody has been successfully used in immunocytochemistry in Ling-Yun Zhou et al, Elife. 2023 Nov 20:12:e90155; PMID: 37982489.
