In paraffin embedded Human Retina shows staining of the Ganglion Cell Layer. Recommended concentration: 5-10µg/ml.

Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.

Preliminary testing showed a band at approx..32kDa in Human Heart and approx. 35kDa in Human Breast lysate, after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_002896.2). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
