Peptide with sequence CVTQEDGKESRISV, from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_001241.1; NP_001309350.1; NP_001411268.1; NP_001309351.1.

Purification and Storage

Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

Applications Tested

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: A weak band at 30kDa was observed in lysates of cell lines THP-1 and A431, and in Human Colorectal cancer lysates at primary antibody concentration of 3.5ug/ml (calculated MW of 30.6kDa according to NP_001241.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
