Applications Tested

Western blot: Western blot: Approx 80kDa and 65-70kDa bands seen in Mouse Brain extracts. Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml. Overnight incubation is recommended with this antibody.

Please note that the two different bands may represent two different isoforms of this protein, or the effects of glycosylation as this protein contains a consensus glycosylation site, which in turn may affect migration on SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press].

Species Reactivity

Tested: Mouse
Expected from sequence similarity: Human
