Purification and Storage
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Applications Tested
Western blot: Western blot: Approx 60 kDa and 30ka bands seen in Jurkat Lysate. Recommended for use at 2-4 µg/ml.Please note that we also see an approximately 30kDa band in addition to the expected band. This product may recognise a Shc-related protein, whose predicted MW is 28kDa, according to AAC97988.
