Alkaline Phosphatase conjugated and affinity purified anti-goat IgG (H+L) (Rabbit) with minimum cross-reactivity to serum proteins of Human, Mouse and Rat.
This product was prepared from monospecific rabbit antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG and goat serum. It was conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatse according to a modified procedure from Avarameas and Ternyrock, Immunochemistry 32; 1175, 1971. Stabiliser: 10mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and protease-free. Preservative: 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide.
Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening product.
Suitable for immunoblot (western or dotblot), ELISA, and other peroxidase-based immunoassays. Recommended dilutions:
ELISA: 1:2,000 -1:10,000 WB: 1:500 - 1: 2,500 IHC: 1:200 - 1:1,000
